At the FrieslandCampina Institute we greatly value our contacts and collaborations with dieticians and practice support workers. We therefore sponsor a number of professional bodies and initiatives.
The Dutch Association of Dieticians (NVD)is the professional association and interest Group for Dutch dieticians. The NVD was set up in 1941 and currently has about 2800 members. About 80 percent of all working dieticians are member of the NVD. The NVD has set itself the goal of positioning and profiling the dietician as the specialist in the field of nutrition and behaviour with regard to sickness and health.
